1) Check-in and reception
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Guests may check-in from 14:00. Please check-out by 11:00.
A later check-in (outside office hours) may only be arranged by prior arrangement.
What is the booking procedure?
- Any discounts offered are subject to booking in advance.
- Firstly we will confirm your booking details.
- Your booking is secured by 50% payment in advance of arrival.
- The remaining 50% of your payment must be paid on arrival.
- Payments can be made with cash, credit card or Snapscan.
How do we access the front gate?
Access is controlled via cellphone. You’ll need airtime to call the gate.
What is the check-out procedure?
Return keys by placing them in the green post box at reception.
What are the office hours?
Typically 07:00–19:00. If unattended, guests can call or WhatsApp for assistance.

Yes, pets are welcome if well behaved. Dogs must not bark excessively and should be mindful of farm animals and other pets.
